GB/T 38909-2020 specifies electromagnetic compatibility requirements and test methods for civil light and small UAV systems (including aircraft and ground stations), applicable to designs with take-off weight from 0.25kg to 150kg.

Performance Criteria (A/B/C/D):
- A: All functions normal
- B: Temporary degradation, self-recoverable within 2 minutes
- C: Degradation persists after 2 minutes, recoverable by operator reset
- D: Permanent loss of function or hardware damage
